Privacy Policy

How information is collected, used, and protected when you correspond with the House.

Last updated: 2026

JUNSŪ respects the privacy of all visitors, clients, and correspondents of the House. This Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you visit junsuatelier.com, choose to receive A Letter from JUNSŪ, place an order through the House, or submit an inquiry.

1. Information Collected

JUNSŪ may collect information when you visit the website, choose to receive A Letter from JUNSŪ, place an order through the House, or submit an inquiry.

This may include name, email address, inquiry type, inquiry message, correspondence preferences, order details, garment selection, sizing, colour, quantity, delivery address, and payment details processed through a secure payment provider.

For made-to-order and numbered edition pieces, the House may also maintain House Number records connected to garment provenance. Basic website usage information may include pages visited, device type, browser, approximate location, and general interaction patterns.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to respond to atelier, collection, press, boutique, or collaboration inquiries; process and fulfil orders; manage made-to-order and numbered edition pieces; maintain House Number records; send A Letter from JUNSŪ to those who have chosen to receive it; improve the website experience; and protect the website from spam, misuse, or technical issues.

3. A Letter from JUNSŪ

If you choose to receive A Letter from JUNSŪ, your email address will be stored and managed through the House correspondence platform.

A Letter from JUNSŪ is sent occasionally, when the House has something worth saying. It is not a commercial newsletter. You may withdraw from correspondence at any time using the link included in each letter, or by contacting hello@junsuatelier.com.

4. Orders and Garment Records

When you place an order, the information provided, including contact details, sizing, delivery address, and payment information, is used to fulfil the order and communicate with you about its progress.

For made-to-order and numbered edition pieces, a House Number record may be created. This record may contain the garment collection, look number, edition number, creation date, materials, and house notes. It is maintained as part of the garment's provenance and may be accessible through the future House Record system.

Payment information is processed by a secure third-party payment provider. JUNSŪ does not store full payment card details.

5. Inquiry Forms

When you submit an inquiry, the information provided may be stored in the House content management system and may be sent to the JUNSŪ team by email. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and manage communication with the House.

6. Analytics

JUNSŪ may use privacy-conscious analytics tools to understand website performance and visitor behaviour. These tools may collect general information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, and interaction patterns. Analytics information is used to improve the website and visitor experience.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, performance, security, or correspondence functionality. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

8. Third-Party Services

JUNSŪ may use trusted third-party services, including website hosting and deployment providers, content management systems, correspondence and email platforms, secure payment processing providers, analytics tools, and form or inquiry handling services.

These services may process information only as needed to support the website, orders, and related communication. JUNSŪ selects third-party services with care.

9. Data Retention

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, order fulfilment, garment record-keeping, correspondence management, website improvement, or legal and operational purposes.

You may request removal of inquiry or correspondence information at any time by contacting the House. House Number records for numbered edition pieces may be retained as part of a garment's permanent provenance record.

10. Your Rights

You may contact JUNSŪ to request access to information submitted to the House, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of personal information, withdrawal from A Letter from JUNSŪ correspondence, or clarification of how information is used.

JUNSŪ is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection principles. For specific legal rights applicable in your jurisdiction, independent advice is recommended.

11. Contact

For privacy-related questions or requests, contact the House directly at hello@junsuatelier.com.
